Visiting the school by appointment

If you are visiting the school by appointment, please report to the main reception. We operate a secure entry system and you will be asked to sign in using a simple computer screen.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to meet with parents when requested and to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, staff will be unable to see parents at short notice without an appointment. If you would like to arrange a meeting with a member of school staff, please phone or e-mail the school office in the first instance and we will respond as soon as possible.

If arriving on foot:

Please use the Copleston Road entrance, accessible from the road. If arriving via Foxhall Road, proceed down the alleyway between the zebra crossing and the main school driveway until you reach Copleston Road, where you can use our secure entry system to contact reception.

If arriving by car:

Use the driveway on Foxhall Road (the car park cannot be accessed via the Copleston Road entrance which is not accessible to traffic).

Booking a tour of the school

We believe the best time for prospective parents to see what the school offers is to visit us during a normal school day. We can tailor these visits to specific areas of interest (e.g. Sixth Form) or we can give you a general flavour of what we offer in school, show you our calm, purposeful learning environment and give you a tour of our beautiful campus, buildings and facilities.
