Study and Revision Hub
IMPORTANT
Please note that this area is new and we are still adding resources. Please keep checking back for more resources, particularly in the "Further Information" sections on each page, where, over time, we will ensure that there are additional resources to read, watch and listen to for every area of the study and revision hub.
Welcome to the study and revision hub. This area of the website is intended to provide students and parents with all the information they need to study and revise effectively and to be as prepared as possible for their exams. We have produced a full revision booklet for each key stage. You will see that most of the general content is the same in each booklet as the habits and techniques we are encouraging are the same for all key stages and for all subjects. We have then provided subject-specific information to help you understand the exam structure for each subject, the resources available, where to find past papers and any specific tips or strategies to help you with the exam style or content for that subject.
Please use the submenus to navigate to the content you need, or click below to view the full booklets for Key Stage 3, 4 and 4.
KEY STAGE 5 SUBJECT-SPECIFIC INFORMATION COMING SOON
Subject-Specific information and revision booklet for Key Stage 5 (A Level) will be added within the next couple of weeks. Please keep checking back!
Whether you are unsure how to get started with revision or already feel confident with how to revise, we recommend reading through all the information before you begin. Even if your revision strategies are working, there may be small tweaks or improvements which could have a significant impact on your progress and on your exam success.
This resource is also designed for you to return to whenever you feel you are losing focus or are not making progress. Is there something you missed or something else you could try?
There are also tips for every stage of your study journey, from the start of your courses, throughout your revision and even before, during and after the exam.
This is not the only support we provide with revision. Remember to listen to the advice given in assemblies, extra workshops and in tutor time. Your teachers will also be happy to provide extra support to overcome any obstacles to successful studying and revision.
